　　With the adjustment of the national industrial structure and the sluggish domestic steel industry, this year our school will focus on the development of foreign projects. The preliminary design of the Atlantic 50,000-ton/year silicon project invested by Spain in Kangding signed at the end of this month was finalized at the end of this month. The second phase of 50,000 tons/year of feasibility study and preliminary design work has begun. The bidding plan for the 230m3 blast furnace project of Malaysia PERWAJA company and the technical transformation project of 75t electric arc furnace steelmaking has been completed. The leaders in charge of our hospital are actively striving for this project and opening a new chapter for the operation of our hospital in 2010.

　　According to the relevant spiritual documents and important speeches issued by the Provincial Economic and Information Committee, combined with the actual work of the party's work in our school, this month made detailed arrangements for the party building work and the party's work style and clean government in our college. The theoretical study implementation method was revised and improved, and comprehensive planning and arrangement for theoretical study of this year was made.
